Approach
NCORE is an architecture and construction studio dedicated to creating thoughtful spaces with creativity, quality, and care.
With experience in the architectural and construction field since 2017, and operating as NCORE since 2021, we provide complete building solutions from concept to handover — architectural design, 3D visualisation, permit and working drawings, interior design, site supervision, construction, and final completion documentation.
We mainly focus on architectural works, residential construction, and creative design solutions, ensuring that every project is handled with attention to detail, smooth coordination, and professional execution at every stage.
Supported by a dedicated team, we strive to make the entire building process simple, efficient, and stress-free for our clients.

The team
37 people across six disciplines — all of them ours.
We do not assemble a team per project. Architects, estimators, buyers, project managers and site supervisors are permanent staff, which is why the drawing, the estimate and the site stay aligned.

Architects and draughtspersons producing design, working drawings and approvals.
Interiors
Interior designers handling layouts, joinery detailing, materials and finishes.
Estimation & Purchase
Costing every line before work starts, and procuring to the approved specification.
Accounts
Billing, stage payments and transparent account statements for every project.
Project Management
One manager owns your project end to end — schedule, quality and coordination.
Site Supervision
Full-time supervisors on site, so quality is checked daily rather than reported weekly.

Where we work
We build across Kannur, Kasaragod, Kozhikode and Wayanad districts. Being close to every site is deliberate — our supervisors are on site daily, not weekly.
